Security Deposit

security deposit - $500 per person or number of bedrooms (whichever is higher)

graduate student discount - $25 per month (1 per apartment)

Parking -$15 per month at Town & Country and Crescent Park , $30 a month at all other locations

Your apartment will be reserved, based on availability, after application approval and security deposit requirement is fulfilled. All applicants 18 years or older must complete an individual application. Please note that our approval of your application will be based upon your previous housing, income/co-signer, and criminal background history.
